Claire Giles' work is quite simple, and very commercial, but also has the pretty-ness factor. The designs use appropriately love based colours, with a contrasting blue thrown in occasionally. The illustration is quiet, but sits well within the heart shapes and brings variety to the designs. The wording of some of the sentiments is generic, others are more quirk. Overall these designs are very good, would easily sell, but aren't 'special'.
Hi, I'm a Graphic Designer, just graduated from Leeds College of Art and now looking to start life in the real world. Currently living in Harpenden, Hertfordshire and looking for a job of some description. This blog is the result of three years of forced, but quite enjoyable blogging about my work. Expect to find general ramblings, links to great design and the odd muffin recipe.
